Deneen Wiske

Deneen Wiske (she/her) is a leadership advisor and strategy consultant at Auricle Productions, the nonprofit organization that produces Threshold. She served as Executive Director of Auricle Productions from 2021 to early 2025. She works closely with the team and the board of directors to help guide strategy and the financial, legal, and fundraising areas of the organization.

Deneen has been involved in all areas of nonprofit operations and leadership, with over 20 years of experience as a nonprofit board member, professional fundraiser, communications director, and consultant for a wide range of organizations. She holds a BS in biology from Old Dominion University and was a research biologist prior to stepping out of the lab and into the nonprofit sector.

Deneen and her family are based in Door County, Wisconsin, where she spends most of her time volunteering at various Earth care organizations and appreciating the beauty of Lake Michigan.
