DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Halee focuses on turning Threshold’s long-term goals into effective daily operations.

For the last decade, Halee has produced stories for film and television. Her independent work has screened at festivals around the globe, including the Sundance Film Festival, Tribeca Festival, SXSW, Outfest, the United States of Women Summit, and the Obama White House. She has held executive positions at various production companies, where she worked on shows including the Golden Globe-winning Mr. Robot (USA), Homecoming (Amazon), WeCrashed (Apple TV+), Gaslit (Starz), and Joe vs. Carole (Peacock).

Passionate about the outdoors, Halee is a PADI Rescue Diver, an eXXpedition alumna, a CAMBP Honey Bee Ambassador, and a certified UC Climate Steward. She is also an advisor for Sundance Collab, a story consultant, and a mentor for the PEN America Prison and Justice Writing Program.

Halee was raised in the Texas Hill Country and holds degrees from the American Film Institute and Boston University.
